Round Hill Music has acquired Kara DioGuardi and Stephen Finfer’s interest in a 150-song catalogue from Arthouse Entertainment, LLC.
The catalogue includes a number of hits from artists including Bruno Mars, Cee Lo Green, Katy Perry, Flo Rida, Iyaz, Carrie Underwood, and others.
Round Hill Music will own and administer global publishing rights to the music.
