Rufus Wainwright to play Latitude Sunday slot
Friday, Apr 13th 2012 at 4:24PMWainwright will play Latitude's Obelisk Arena at 1pm. The famous midday slot has been moved forward one hour to allow festival-goers to see both Rufus and concert pianist Lang Lang who will perform at noon.
Latitude's midday performance has previously been filled with appearances from Joanna Newsom, Thom Yorke, Tom Jones and last year's Scala & Kolacny Brothers.
Following the April 23 release of his seventh studio album Out of the Game, Wainwright has also announced a UK 2012 tour.
