Ocasek who is best known for his work with The Cars, has worked with artists including Romeo Void, Weezer, Iggy Pop, No Doubt, Hole and Guided By Voices. The deal will see him bring artists in to the Sanctuary fold via his newly established Inverse Records label. The first signing is The Hong Kong, a band that has already received acclaim from Rolling Stone magazine and is a fixture of the New York music scene.
