Sanjay Sharma is joining Russell Simmons’ All Def Digital as president and chief operating officer.

Sharma previously spent nearly five years at YouTube multi-channel network Machinima after joining as one of its first employees and will now be responsible for working on All Def Digital’s overall strategic direction as well as day-to-day business and operational affairs.
