The case against ‘second-hand’ digital music site ReDigi has reached a conclusion with a New York district court judge ruling that the service amounts to widespread copyright infringement.
The lawsuit was filed in January last year with EMI/Capitol claiming that the service had sold more than 100 of its copyrighted recordings without permission.
