SESAC makes key leadership changes and acquires controlling interest in Rumblefish

Performance rights organisation SESAC has made several key changes to its leadership as well as acquiring a controlling interest in music technology provider Rumblefish, which will operate as a subsidiary of SESAC.

John Josephson, a director of the company since 1992 and a managing director at Allen & Co. LLC, has been appointed chairman and CEO, succeeding Stephen Swid.
