SFX full B2S acquisition complete
SFX Entertainment has completed the acquisition of B2S Holding BV, and now owns 100% of the company.
Business Wire reports that the live events and entertainment content company, focussed on electronic music culture (EMC), completed the acquisition by bringing over the remaining 50% of the hard dance brand into its ownership.
It acquired the first half as part of its October 2013 purchase of ID&T whose portfolio includes Sensation, Mysteryland and Tomorrowland and TomorrowWorld in the US.
