Pandora's shares fell by more than 7% following the announcement of its $450 million deal to acquire Ticketfly.
Shares eventually closed 4.6% down yesterday (October 7), at $20.98, reports Billboard, with investors showing hesitance at the deal, which valued the company at eight times revenue - said to be $55m in the first half of 2015.
Ticketfly provides ticketing and marketing software for around 1,200 leading venues and event promoters across the US.
