SiriusXM loses pre-1972 court battle in US

In a decision that could have ramifications across the US music industry, a California federal judge has deemed Flo & Eddie of The Turtles the victors in their lawsuit against satellite radio company SiriusXM over public performance of pre-1972 sound recordings.
