Slash to be honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame star
Wednesday, Jun 13th 2012 at 1:04PMAs the first member of the band to receive the plaque, he'll be honoured at a ceremony in front of the Hard Rock Cafe on Hollywood Boulevard on July 10.
After the ceremony he will perform an acoustic show and take part in a Q&A.
Slash was the lead guitarist of Guns N' Roses from 1985 - 1996, leaving after a notorious feud with lead singer Axl Rose, who is the only original member remaining.
