Songwriter Smith turns marathon man for War Child
Smith, whose songwriting and production successes include Adele's Set Fire To The Rain and Taio Cruz chart-topper Break Your Heart, has set himself a target of generating £35,000 at the annual race taking place on April 22.
He said War Child, which has a long association with the music industry, was working in Northern Uganda to provide rehabilitation to schools there. This included returning 2,000 children to school and providing education for the families.
