Sony/ATV partners with Divimove for global publishing joint venture
Sony/ATV Music Publishing Germany and digital media company Divimove have formed a worldwide publishing joint venture.
The new company, Divimove Music Publishing, will focus on exploiting rights and licenses, as well as providing composition and production support.
Divimove was launched in 2012 and delivers 360° services to artists who emerged from "within the online video universe," through its own ad agency and artist management unit.
