Sony Music to run a country mile with Ward Thomas
Sony Music UK has signed its first UK-based country music act, after striking a deal with WTW Music and Ward Thomas - notching up another success for the burgeoning genre.
The joint venture between WTW Music and Sony Music Commercial Group was negotiated by Nicola Tuer (pictured, centre), COO, Sony Music UK. It will see the duo developing and recording new music, with an album due to be released later this year.
