Sony's Music Unlimited comes to US, Spotify and EMI deal rumours

Music Unlimited launched in the UK at the end of last year and added several European markets, including Germany and France, in January. It has also debuted in Australia and New Zealand.

US consumers will have unlimited streaming access to 6m tracks from all four majors and numerous indies through Music Unlimited for $10 (?6.20) a month. It is currently limited to set number of compatible devices beyond the desktop - including PlayStation3, Bravia TV sets and Blu-Ray players.
