Sony signs Jackson deal
Tuesday, Mar 16th 2010 at 9:51AMThe deal will include one album of unreleased material, set for release in November, as well as repackages of previously released songs. It is said to be worth up to $250m (?163m).
To date Sony has issued one posthumous Jackson album, This Is It, which has sold more than half a million copies in the UK and 5m worldwide.
This album will be covered retrospectively by the deal, according to the Wall Street Journal.
