Digital music distributor Believe Digital has announced the appointment of Shane German as head of Label Relations in the US.
German previously worked as manager of Artist and Label Relations at US collection society SoundExchange.
At Believe, Shane will report directly to head of Sales and New Business Lee Morrison as the company continues to expand into different territories worldwide.
“Having known Shane for the last couple of years I know his understanding and passion for the independent sector is second to none,” said Morrison.
“He joins Believe as part of the expansion of our services in North America and will be a key member in growing our US offices. I look forward to working with him to secure our place as the world’s largest fully independent digital distributor.”
