Spain winning fight against piracy, claims government

The Spanish government claims that illegal downloads in the country are down in the wake of new legislation aimed at swiftly shutting down pirate sites.

The country’s Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports says 95% of the 444 complaints filed with the Intellectual Property Commission have been resolved since the beginning of legislative change three years ago.
