Former national newspaper editor Eve Pollard is among the names added to a conference staged by broadcast group Sound Women to inspire women in broadcasting,

The one-time Sunday Mirror and Sunday Express editor will join a line-up including Radio 4's Fi Glover and Anita Anand and Magic FM drivetime presenter Angie Greaves at the BBC Radio Theatre in London's Broadcasting House this coming Saturday (May 18). The event starts at 1pm.
