Special Dexys show added to Liverpool Sound City bill

Dexys have been confirmed to perform a special show at Liverpool Sound City in May.

The English band who released their fourth studio album One Day I'm Going To Soar in 2012 – their first since 1985 - will play in the city's Anglican Cathedral, in the first time Liverpool Sound City is using the iconic building.

Also added to the performer’s line-up are Enter Shikari, Mount Kimbie, AlunaGeorge, King Krule, Darkstar, Outfit.

The event which will take place from May 2–4 in Liverpool will feature 350 bands appearing in over 25 venues.  

It also includes Q and A sessions with confirmed speakers including Tracey Thorn and The Wombats lead singer and guitarist Murph.
