Spirit Music Group and B-Unique have partnered to establish a new independent music publishing company based in the UK.

‘Spirit B-Unique’ combines the publishing assets of British independent B-Unique with the catalogue and financial resources of US music company Spirit. B-Unique founders Martin Toher and Mark Lewis (pictured) have each been named co-president of the new entity and will be responsible for running the UK’s operations and developing the company’s European creative footprint.
