Spotify has introduced a new global parental leave policy, with six months' leave available to all full-time employees.
Effective immediately, new parents will be offered 100% paid leave for up to six months, which can be split into separate periods and available up to the child's third birthday. Employees who had children from the beginning of 2013 are also eligible for the benefit.
