Spotify’s chief content officer Ken Parks (pictured) is leaving the company to join video start up Pluto TV.
Having previously worked as a music lawyer, Parks was Spotify's first employe in the United States.
He will become the video start-ups executive chairman, but will still act as an adviser to Spotify's founder and CEO Daniel Ek.
Parks will be replaced by Stefan Blom, who is currently the company's chief strategy officer.
