German concert firm FKP Scorpio to expand Nordic presence
Germany’s largest concert and festival company, FKP Scorpio, is expanding its Nordic presence by merging with Finland-based Fullsteam Agency.
FKP Scorpio’s Swedish subsidiary FKP Sweden AB will merge with the live department of the Finnish Fullsteam Agency from October 1.
The merger will see Fullsteam founder Juha Kyyrö become co-partner and CEO of FKP Scorpio Sweden AB
