Taylor Swift rightly grabs the headlines with her record-breaking digital sales, but lower down the Olympics closing ceremony has made its own impact on the US's one-track downloads market.

Although not having an effect even approaching that in the UK, where 66 of last week's Top 200 sellers were directly or indirectly related to the Olympics farewell, a number of the songs featured have seen big increases in sales on the other side of the Atlantic.
