Syco Entertainment has signed Tamera Foster and Etta Bond to its recording artists roster.

Foster, known for her stint on The X Factor where she reached the quarter finals of the show last year, becomes the youngest person on its books, at the age of 17. She is currently on the nationwide X Factor tour.
