The Human League to headline Wychwood Festival

The Human League

The Human League are to headline Saturday’s Mainstage at this year’s ninth Wychwood Festival.

Other artists announced include Mercury Prize nominee Sam Lee, Public Service Broadcasting and ska, pop and reggae band The Beat.

Additionally, Caravan Palace will join Saturday’s line-up alongside the English Indie folk band, Moulettes and 70s band Eddie & The Hot Rods.

For the first time, London promoters Smashing Blouse are to programme the Big Top’s evening programme across the weekend. Run by Jesse Woods, Alex Mitchell and Sam Cunningham, the showcase will include up and coming bands from the past year.

Other acts to play include The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, The Other Side, Polarsets, Cave Painting, History of Apple Pie, Mt. Wolf, Dems and Lloyd Yates.

Wychwood Festival will take place at Cheltenham Race Course from May 31 –June 2. Day tickets are now on sale and the age limit for children attending for free has been raised from under five year's old to under ten.
