The O2 Arena could host a designer retail complex as negotiations begin for development in an unused part of the venue.
Property company Land Securities has reportedly signed a six-month exclusivity agreement with AEG Europe to talk about options for a jointly developed luxury retail centre, according to The Times.
The vision is said to be an attempt to rival the upmarket Bicester Village in Oxfordshire and attract designers such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry and Dior.
