The Recording Academy sets up a political action committee
The Recording Academy - the organisation that puts together the Grammy Awards in the US - is beefing up its political advocacy efforts by establishing its first ever political action committee (PAC). A PAC is a structure that pools contributions from donors to then fund candidates, campaigns or legislative initiatives.
