Tributes paid to veteran live music journalist

Tributes have been paid to respected music journalist John Gammon, who has died after battling cancer.

Gammon (picturedhad been European correspondent for US live industry publication Pollstar for 15 years and had also written for Audience magazine. Previously, he worked as an agent for Concorde International Artistes and as manager of acts such as Katrina And The Waves and Kingmaker.
