TuneCore founders' new company raises $500k for US launch

Audiam, the new start-up from up from TuneCore founders Jeff Price and Peter Wells, has raised $500,000 in funding towards its US launch proper.

Audiam aims to help artists ID and monetise YouTube videos uploaded by other people that feature their music.

The new company launched a beta version in Canada in June and in the US in July.
