TuneCore partners with INDmusic to boost YouTube monetisation
TuneCore has signed an agreement with INDmusic in a bid to increase its YouTube monetisation.
While TuneCore manages its users’ publishing rights on YouTube directly, it has partnered with INDmusic to administer master recording rights on the video platform.
"We’d been talking with [INDmusic co-founder Brandon Martinez] for over a year," TuneCore president and COO Scott Ackerman told Billboard.
"Our publishing department are experts at managing the publishing piece. Brandon was the best partner to manage the master recordings piece."
