Caroline has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Turnstile Music that will help Welsh independent label expand to the US.

Turnstile is home to artists including Christopher Owens, Gruff Rhys (pictured), Los Campesinos!, Perfume Genius and Cate Le Bon amongst others.

Caroline will now distribute selected Turnstile releases in the US and Canada and provide a variety of label services for each project.
