UK record industry income returns to growth in 2013

Oh, happy day: new figures show that the UK recorded music industry's annual revenues grew in 2013 for the first time in four years.

Previously unreleased data from trade body the BPI shows that cash generated by physical music, downloads and streaming climbed 1.9% in the year, driven primarily by streaming. [See the full data at the bottom of this story.]
