Universal Music Group’s (UMG) parent company Vivendi saw its first quarter revenues increase by 7.5% year-on-year, to €2.49 billion, according to financial results released yesterday.
UMG saw growth of 2.3%, with its revenue rising from €984 million in Q1 2015 to €1.09bn this year, marking the major’s third year of Q1 revenue growth.
