UMP promotes senior A&R staff
Universal Music Publishing has promoted three execs in its UK A&R team, effective immediately. Caroline Elleray is now VP of A&R, Frank Tope has become senior director of A&R and Mark Gale has been promoted to director of UK A&R/director of international A&R.
The trio have spent almost their entire music industry careers in A&R with Universal Music Publishing in the UK.
