Carrie Underwood will be among the artists performing at the 46th annual CMA Awards.

The former American Idol winner and three-time CMA winner, who will also co-host the November 1 event at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, will be joined on the bill by four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year Kenny Chesney, last year's New Artist winners The Band Perry and Eric Church, who leads the nominations field this year.

Previously announced to perform at what is the biggest night in the country music calendar are Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, the Zac Brown Band and Brad Paisley, who is also co-hosting with Underwood.

The ceremony is produced by the Country Music Association and televised in the States by ABC as part of a deal running until 2021.
