From June 18 the complete Beethoven Symphonies, Piano Concertos, Piano Sonatas, a deluxe box set, and a 2 CD Highlights, as well as a number of different digital combinations will be released by Decca Classics in five physical formats and promoted on the front page of every iTunes store.
iTunes have also created a global room for the campaign where all the recordings and video can be found here.
The partnership is part of the iTunes 360 initiative and all releases are being made available in the new Mastered for iTunes formats. A Beethoven for All video documentary - which features Daniel Barenboim's work with the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra and the Beethoven project - can be downloaded as a free video podcast.
