US charts: Costello takes root in Top 20

Elvis Costello's collaboration with The Roots has given him a US Top 20 album for only the fourth time in his career.

Wise Up Ghost enters at No 16 on the Billboard 200 this week, 23 places higher than the debut and peak of his previous album National Ransom in 2010.
