The V&A is to collaborate with Glastonbury Festival to create an archive reflecting more than 40 years of the festival’s performances.
The archive features an eclectic range of material, with programmes and posters from every festival since its inception in 1970.
Interviews, unseen film and photographs, t-shirts, tickets and correspondence are also part of the archive. Tracing the origins of the festival, personal accounts and documents show how Glastonbury grew into what it is today.
