Vevo has opted out of having its videos available via the forthcoming offline-viewing feature set to be introduced to YouTube's mobile app in November.

Variety reports that, although Vevo is one of the top suppliers to YouTube, its videos will not run through the feature which will allow other content to be downloaded and played back offline for 48 hours.
