Video service Vine has launched new features aimed at "strengthening the connection between music and Vine". 

Snap To Beat will allow users to more easily create 'seamless loops' - vines in which music loops perfectly from beginning to end. Snap To Beat will identify how much of a song is needed to create a seamless loop, and then trim users' video content to fit the audio clip.
