Universal parent Vivendi has approved the appointment of five new members to its supervisory board including Vincent Bollore, the company’s largest shareholder.
Bollore, who holds 5 percent through his private holding company, was given a seat on the board in December and is rumoured as a possible successor to chairman Jean-Rene Fourtou.
