AllHipHop reports that the Florida-based label claims Ryko Distribution was the exclusive distributor of its recordings until WMG acquired it in 2006.
It writes, "The companies modified their distribution agreement to give WMG non-exclusive rights to distribute DM's digital catalog of songs. Shortly after entering into the digital agreement, WMG held all of the digital revenue without paying DM Records a cent."
