Warner hires Dirk Ewald in global catalogue role
Warner Music Group has appointed Dirk Ewald as SVP, Global Catalogue Management, based in London.
Ewald will report into Kevin Gore, President & CEO, Rhino Entertainment & Global Catalogue. He joins WMG from Parlophone Label Group (PLG) and, before that, EMI, where he held a number of senior roles.
Most recently he served as SVP Catalogue, Europe, Japan and Australasia, which involved the management of regional marketing campaigns for artists including The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, Queen, Deep Purple, ...
