Culture Secretary John Whittingdale has said that he is "a little surprised" by the BBC's reaction to the Government Green Paper released last week that asks questions about the scale, scope and funding of the Corporation amongst other things.
Speaking to City AM, Whittingdale suggested that there is very little difference between the issues raised in the Green Paper and those covered in a Select Committee report put together during the last Parliament.
