Peermusic and Imagem are among the 26 music publishing companies suing online retailer Wolfgang's Vault.

NMPA filed a lawsuit yesterday (May 27) on behalf of the companies, including ABKCO Music and Screen Gems, in US District Court in New York.

Wolfgang's Vault sells live concerts, CDs and vinyl. The suit alleges that Wolfgang's Vault infringed on the publishers' recording copyrights through streaming and both digital and physical sales. The complaint also states that the sources from which the company acquired its archive, ...
