Polydor's Years & Years have been named the eighth winner of the European Border Breakers Award Winners for 2016.

The BBC Sound Of 2015 poll winners join previously announced winners Carnival Youth (Latvia), Aurora (Norway) (who sings in this year's John Lewis advert), Oscar and The Wolf (Belgium), Kovacs (Netherlands), Alvaro Soler (Spain), Mercury Prize-nominated Soak (Ireland) and Seinabo Sey (Sweden).
