They have updated partner eligibility in 20 countries where YouTube uploaders can become partners by enabling their accounts and successfully monetising at least one of their videos - making it available to carry ads.
The countries are as follows:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the US.
