YouTube clamps down on paid-for views

YouTube has posted a warning to users who are considering paying to inflate their view count, saying that paid-for views won’t be counted and could lead to disciplinary action.

In a posting on the site's blog, the video streaming platform said “if you're considering paying someone to increase your view count, you may want to think again. You probably won't get what you paid for.”
