YouTube has moved to calm chatter surrounding the delayed commercial launch of its Music Key platform.
The service entered a beta phase in November last year, with early adopters getting a free six month trial, suggesting a commercial launch was initially planned for May this year.
At the end of May, however, beta testers were informed that their trial period would be extended until September 15.
